Today’s Workout…

…was OK. I did my chest and arms, but I was only able to do 15 minutes of cardio (I always try to do at least 45 minutes). But I had ‘ish to do today, do I had to cut the workout short.

I’m gaining a lot of upper body strength; I’m going to need to up my weights next week. The only thing is is that my lame-ass gym (I HATE it…I promise to post why one day) doesn’t really have incremental weights, so for me to jump from 10lbs to 15lbs is going to be hard.
