Today’s Workout…

…was legs and abs. I really worked my abs today: I did 5 sets of 10 (3.5 straight legged and 1.5 bent knee) on the captain’s chair, 3 sets of side planks with a twist, crunches with legs in air with 9lb kettlebell, and seated twists with 9lb kettlebell.

For legs, I did what is outlined in my routine page of this blog. Not much cardio though….my leg workouts sap all my energy.

My ass feels all nice and activated.
