Today’s Workout…

…was 100% kettlebells. Holy Sh!t, I’m feeling this workout.

Fueled with a protein shake (or, rather, milk and protein powder mixed), I worked out for about an hour only using my 10lb kettlebell at home. I did two circuits of about 12 exercises. Because of all the swinging involved, you really work your lower back and get a bit of cardio in as well (because you’re not taking a lot of rest time). By the time I was down to my three last exercises, sweat was dripping off me and onto my carpet. It was amazing, albeit gross…it was not a cute moment for me.
