…was day 2 of P90x = plyometrics = holy sh!t. Wow, that was an intense workout for real. That damn DVD had me jumping, hopping, leaping, and skipping all over my apartment; I really felt sorry for the folks below me…they will simply have to get used to it.

I really like the mini-sets; it breaks down the entire hour of working out so that it doesn’t seem too long. Need motivation: there is a guy in the DVD working out with a prosthetic leg, so of course they guilt motivate you by saying “this guy has ONE leg…if he can do it, so can do”. So there I am feeling like a major loser looking at this dude with one real leg killing this plyometrics routine and I’m huffing  like I’ve never exercised before. I bet that sh!t was intentional.

But, again, I feel AMAZING!

  1. I love Plyo! Don’t worry, you’ll get better! And as a bonus… no Ab Ripper after cardio workouts! 😀

    It took me nearly two months to get there… but I finally did hot foot for 30 seconds on each foot consecutively!
